Description
HttpFS provides a WebHDFS compatible API that allows interaction with a HDFS cluster and is particularly useful for accessing HDFS from outside of the Kubernetes cluster. It would be useful to be able to deploy the HttpFS service on a Stackable cluster to allow easier access and greater compatibility with older versions of Hadoop.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the HDFS service deployment path in the repository and reviewing how services are configured for a Kubernetes cluster. Done should mean that HttpFS can be deployed with the operator and provides the described WebHDFS-compatible access.
