Description

The PR https://github.com/stackabletech/docker-images/pull/226 changed all the java base image versions. This should not be happening. E.g. Druid only supports Java 11.

Research direction

Start by reviewing PR https://github.com/stackabletech/docker-images/pull/226 and the repository's Renovate configuration to identify why Java base image versions were updated. Done means Renovate no longer changes Java base versions, including the Druid Java 11 case, while intended image updates still work.
