Description
The Filebrowser only supports initiating one download at a time. However, since we already have a multi-select, an action to do a download of multiple files in one click would be an enhancement.
The user may choose to download files as a tar.gz archive instead of individual downloads.

Research direction
Start by locating the Filebrowser component, its existing multi-select handling, and the current single-file download action. Determine how a multi-file download should offer individual files or a tar.gz archive, then verify that both choices work for the selected files.
