[Feature]: Settings-Floatting Workspace-Terminal Directory supports setting per-worktree directory

### Problem or use case

sometimes i need to execute commands in Terminal, and now i must create a new tab and execute commands, it's so cumbersome.

I also use Conductor, and like its terminal in right-bottom, i can always print commands.

### Proposed solution

now we can add terminal in floatting workspace, but it is not based on per-workspace, i would like the base-workspace directory settings in floatting workspace
