Tab rename on desktop does not sync to mobile

## Bug Report

**Description:** After renaming a tab on the computer, synchronization is not possible on the mobile device.

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Rename a tab on desktop
2. Check the same tab on mobile device
3. The renamed tab name is not synced

**Expected behavior:** Tab renames should synchronize across desktop and mobile devices.
