[Bug]: Return to workspace with focused, split image tab reverts split on return

I have an agent tab, with an image open to the side. I find that if I leave the image focused, jump somewhere else (like another worktree), and come back, the split is no longer set up. I see just the image taking up the whole screen

No file or test is named. Reproduce on Windows with an agent tab and a focused image in a side split, switch to another worktree, then return and inspect the workspace/tab restoration entry point. Done means the image remains in its split layout when returning to the workspace.
