Description
I'm getting the error A control frame has payload data which is greater than the allowable max length when connecting as a client to a WebSocket. I'm getting this error in WebSocket.OnClose() as soon as the connection is opened.
I think (according to this I have to enable Extended payload length but I couldn't find how to do it or if it's the right way.

Research direction
No file or test is named; start at the WebSocket.OnClose() entry point described in the report and reproduce the client connection failure. Trace the reported control-frame payload-length error through the client connection path, then add a focused regression check for the expected handling so completion can be verified.
