[Feature] pleats

Motivation

pleats would be a great addition to the ppf solver, given that zozo is a fashion company, one could assume that pleats would be integral to the solver, but if not that's alright! i just thought it would be a great additon

Proposal

a pleats option to add to selected edges, aswell as a pleating angle (similar to marvelous designer pleats feature)

EDIT:

on my attempt to create pleats: i tried to achieve pleats by using edge sewing (screenshot below), however, when simulating, the cloth seems to want to disperse and not hold a shape, i believe this is because i've disabled gravity, but if i don't, and instead use pins, the sewing won't happen.

Start by tracing the cloth and edge-sewing behavior in the solver, then compare it with the requested selected-edge pleats and pleating angle. Done should include a defined pleats behavior that holds its shape during simulation, with tests or an example covering the relevant gravity and pin configurations.
