Description
Is someone able to add the project maintainers to the Readme.md file. Also, just to set levels of expectations, how much time the have to review pull requests and spend time on the project.

First steps

- Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Start with Readme.md and confirm with the project maintainers which people should be listed and what review and project-time expectations they want documented. Done when the README contains the approved maintainer list and the agreed expectations.
