Description

I am using SSH.NET library in my code to access sFTP site; everything works fine on Windows 10 machine (64 bit), but the executable fails to start on Windows 2016 server with a message that "16 bit applications are not supported**". I traced it to Renci.SshNet component; once this reference is removed the executable works fine (sans sFTP functionality, of course).

Any insight/suggestions will be appreciated.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the failure on Windows Server 2016 with the Renci.SshNet reference present, then compare it with the working Windows 10 case. Investigate why the executable is reported as a 16-bit application and verify that startup succeeds while SFTP functionality remains available.
