Description

When calling SftpClient.CreateDirectory when a directory already exists throws an SshException. Is this expected? It would be nice to either not throw or throw a more meaning full error.

Research direction

Start by reproducing SftpClient.CreateDirectory when the target directory already exists. Inspect the CreateDirectory entry point and determine the current exception behavior; completion depends on deciding whether an existing directory should be accepted or produce a more meaningful error.
