Description
Putty supports authentication using GSSAPI. This is very useful if single sign on is required.
It would be really handy if SSH.NET could also support this capability.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First map SSH.NET's existing authentication flow and determine the required GSSAPI behavior; it is done when the library supports the requested single-sign-on capability with appropriate verification.
