Research direction
Start by examining SftpFile and SftpClient.ListDirectory, focusing on how SftpFile instances are currently created and exposed. Define a supported way for unit tests to provide directory entries when SftpClient is mocked, then verify that the resulting tests can return and inspect SftpFile data.
