Description
When uploading a file to the root folder "/" or a sub-folder "/test/" where we have no permission to access, the UploadFile() method returns an exception but the message is empty:
Do you think it is possible to have a correct error message saying the user doesn't have access to the specified folder ?
Thank you and regards

Research direction
Start at the UploadFile() method and reproduce uploads to the root folder "/" and sub-folder "/test/" without access. Trace the exception path to determine why its message is empty, then verify that the resulting error identifies the inaccessible folder.
