Description
If one changes directory with
sftpclient.ChangeDirectory(path)
and then tries to create a file in the new path
sftpclient.Create(filename)
the Create command does not see the change directory.
The same happens with other SftpClient functions like Open()
Best regards.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the behavior through SftpClient.ChangeDirectory, then SftpClient.Create and SftpClient.Open with relative filenames. Trace how these entry points resolve paths and verify that, when fixed, both operations use the changed directory.
