Description
Randomly when writing a large string (around 40 MB) we get this error:

at Renci.SshNet.Sftp.SftpFileStream.Dispose(Boolean disposing)
at System.IO.Stream.Close()

at System.IO.TextWriter.Dispose()
at Renci.SshNet.SftpClient.WriteAllText(String path, String contents)
