Description
Currently SchemaLoader only loads direct dependencies of the source path for performance. This is great for the compiler but bad for gRPC reflection.
We should add a mechanism to fully load all transitive dependencies of the source path’s files.

Research direction
Start by locating SchemaLoader and tracing how it currently loads direct dependencies from the source path. Determine how a full-load option should include all transitive dependencies, then verify that the resulting schema supports gRPC reflection without changing the compiler's default behavior.
