This is a nit, but can you make meta requests more easily accessible? I would like it if there was a "Create Meta Request" button next to the "Create Request" button at the top.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing "Create Request" button and the current entry point for creating meta requests. Add an adjacent "Create Meta Request" button so meta requests are easier to access, then verify that it opens the expected creation flow.
