Description
For over a year, on multiple Arch based distros, upon power on my PC I will not get prompted to input my decryption password and will be booted to desktop without any other issues.
Things to note, but am not sure if it will be relevant:
This is truly random. I can not replicate this on demand no matter what I've tried.
This has occurred on different boot loaders.
I only use Arch based distros so I can not confirm if this is Arch specific.
I've have this occur in various states of BIOS settings.
This has occurred across multiple physical HDD installs.
This occurs under ideal situations such as uninterrupted powering down that had the decrypt prompt into the next boot not having the prompt.

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the report. First establish whether the behavior can be reproduced on the reported Arch-based environment and trace the LUKS boot and decryption path; done means identifying a reliable cause and adding a regression test or actionable diagnosis.
