Description

Create (or upstream) a coordinate space reading element and an "anchor" type that holds the last emitted coordinate space. These can be used together to imperatively read an element's position on screen after layout.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by surveying Blueprint's existing layout and element APIs, then identify where a coordinate-space reader and anchor type would fit. Done means an element's on-screen position can be read imperatively after layout, with the anchor retaining the last emitted coordinate space.
