Scaling using multiple monitors (FHD & 4K mixed)

Details for the issue

When using SQLiteBrowser on a Win10 system with multiple displays, for instance where two are FullHD and one is 4k (with different scaling settings), it doesn't scale down to the correct FHD ratio when the application is dragged onto one of the FHD displays.
