[Bug]: Changing default location settings breaks number rendering

What did you do?
I opened the settings, in both the stable and nightly builds, and changed any of the Default location settings -
- Changed the drop down to
Remember last location - Or change the file path
- Saved settings
What did you expect to see?
The database location would change, and the program would continue to render correctly
What did you see instead?
All numbers and spaces begin to display with padding:
Is corrected after resetting settings to defaults.

Research direction
Reproduce on macOS 12.3 using the Default location settings, testing both Remember last location and a changed file path. Compare number and space rendering before and after saving, then verify that resetting settings restores normal display. Done means the database location changes while rendering remains correct.
