Description
Describe the new feature
It would be nice if there was a subtle highlight of the current row so that it's easy to see which cells belong to the same row when looking at a table with many columns.
For example, invert the row number and bold the row borders?

Note that here there's no indication on the row cells, but I think I would like that. I could be wrong and just highlighting the row number is enough.

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the table/grid UI and reviewing how the current row and row-number cells are rendered; done should be a subtle, consistent highlight that makes the active row easy to identify, with the exact visual treatment agreed first.
