Description
Migrated issue, originally created by jvanasco (@jvanasco)
the github repo is coming up as a top match for a handful of mako searches, the bitbucket doesn't appear anywhere
two suggestions:
-
change the description
- Mirror of Mako Templates for Python
- Mirror of Mako Templates for Python. Upstream repo with issues is:https://bitbucket.org/zzzeek/mako
-
update the readme file to note where the main repo/issue tracker is.
I can make a PR for the readme, but only a project owner can handle the "description"

Research direction
Start by reading the repository README and compare it with the issue's suggested wording. Update the README to identify the Bitbucket repository as the upstream project and issue tracker; the repository description change requires a project owner. Done means the README clearly directs users to the main repository.
