Description
Migrated issue, originally created by Gaetan (@Stibbons)
Dropping view can only be done by issuing an SQL statement:
op.execute('DROP VIEW bz_builds')
Having a drop_view similar to drop_table doesn't seem to be too difficult

Research direction
Start by locating the existing drop_table operation and the op.execute('DROP VIEW bz_builds') entry point. Add the analogous op.drop_view operation and tests for it; done when views can be dropped without issuing raw SQL.
