Description
Expected Behavior
Make this extension/LS possible to run with both Redhat Java LS and Apache Netbeans LS. Since both of the java LS are becoming popular and support different frameworks at the moment, It would be really nice if STS project can support either of these LS for Java parts.
Current Behavior
Current installation actually installed Redhat Java extension as part of dependencies which conflicts with Netbeans Language server.

Research direction
Start by tracing the extension dependency setup and the Java language-server entry point to see how the Red Hat Java LS is installed and enabled. Compare that path with the Apache NetBeans LS integration, and consider the work complete when either server can be used without the dependency conflict described in the issue.
