Description

Support for RFC-9728 was added with #17244 in spring security 7.0. The kotlin DSL needs to be updated to support the new configuration.

The DSL should support this:

http {
	oauth2ResourceServer {
		protectedResourceMetadata {
			// ...
		}
	}
}

Research direction

Start with config/src/main/kotlin/org/springframework/security/config/annotation/web/OAuth2ResourceServerDsl.kt and review the RFC-9728 support introduced in #17244. Trace the existing oauth2ResourceServer DSL and verify that the shown protectedResourceMetadata configuration is supported; done when the Kotlin DSL accepts that block consistently with the existing resource-server configuration.
