Update snapshots to Spring Framework 7.+.
IMPORTANT: RestTemplate was @Deprecated via https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-framework/issues/36574, therefore, all usages of RestTemplate must be marked as @Deprecated to prevent the build from failing in Spring Framework 7.1.+.
