Description
An InMemoryOidcSessionRegistry is limited to storing things only on a single instance. A JDBC-based implementation will make so that OIDC Backchannel Logout will work in a clustered environment.

Research direction
Start by reading the existing InMemoryOidcSessionRegistry implementation and the OIDC Backchannel Logout flow it supports. Define the JDBC-backed storage behavior needed for clustered use, then verify that sessions can be shared across instances and that backchannel logout still works.
