Description
The DefaultObjectDirectoryMapper ignores the value attribute from @DnAttribute if index is present.
See the following sample: https://github.com/marcusdacoregio/ldap-odm-index-bug
This is strange behavior that could be fixed or at least documented properly.

Research direction
Start with DefaultObjectDirectoryMapper.java around lines 346-356 and reproduce the behavior using the linked ldap-odm-index-bug sample. Compare how @DnAttribute handles value when index is present, then confirm the intended behavior against related issue #315. Done means the behavior is fixed or documented clearly, with verification covering the reported case.
