Description
Regarding the kafka sample code, currently you can only have one message key, which you set it in application.properties. After running the application there is no way to change it.
Is there a way to set the message key dynamically, before sending the message?

Research direction
Start by locating the Kafka sample and its application.properties configuration, then trace how messages are sent. Determine where the message key is currently fixed and define how it can be supplied dynamically before sending; the sample should demonstrate that behavior when complete.
