Incorrectly gives: http://localhost:8081/hateoas-bug/foo/

Start with the linked example project and run mvn tomcat7:run. Compare the generated URLs for /hateoas-bug/foo and /hateoas-bug//foo; done means doubled slashes no longer produce the incorrect /hateoas-bug/foo/ URL.
