Description

Currently, when use message.getHeaders.get(), since it returns an nullable object, explicit null check in user end is always required.

however, sometimes, when the header is sure to be there, it would be good to provide the getRequiredHeader.

Research direction

Locate the MessageHeaders class and inspect the existing get() accessor and nearby API conventions first. Determine how a required-header accessor should differ from the nullable lookup, then verify that the new method is exposed consistently and its behavior matches the stated use case.
