Description
We currently not have any documentation on functional bean registration in the reference manual, so let's add that in 5.3 (potentially backporting to 5.2) along with some Java/Kotlin examples.

Research direction
Start by locating the reference manual section covering bean registration and review how functional registration is currently exposed in Spring Framework 5.3. Add documentation with Java and Kotlin examples, and check whether the same material can be backported to 5.2. Done means the functional bean registration workflow is documented in the reference manual with both examples.
