Description
Lucas opened SPR-16770 and commented

It seems that only HTTP requests can be handled by the router { } block at the moment, but it would be nice to support WS too.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the WebFlux Functional DSL router block and the existing WebSocket handling mentioned in the issue, including the Kotlin DSL. Define how WebSocket routes should be expressed without annotations and verify that both the Java functional API and Kotlin DSL can handle them.
