Marcel Overdijk opened DATAREST-368 and commented

The Spring errors returned to client are in the format of

    {
      "entity": "Customer",
      "message": "may not be empty",
      "invalidValue": "null",
      "property": "name"
    }
]}

The error code is not sent to the client which makes it difficult to inspect what the real error was. The message is nice, but my client will determine what they want to display I only want to indicate that the particular field is required. That's why I need to have send the error code as well part the error response
