Description

David Donn opened DATAREST-275 and commented

For example, if you add the following to the Spring RESTBucks project you can't create the orders anymore.

public interface ItemRepository extends PagingAndSortingRepository<Item, Long> {

}

Order:

{ "items" : [ {
    "name" : "Java Chip",
    "quantity" : 1,
    "milk" : "SEMI",
    "size" : "LARGE",
    "price" : {
      "currency" : "EUR",
      "value" : 4.20
    }
  } ],
  "location" : "TAKE_AWAY"
}

The code tries to de-serialize the items as an array of URLs

Affects: 2.1 M1 (Dijkstra)
