Allow pagination on collection association resources [DATAREST-1168]

I have an entity User. It has a Set<Address> the a as follows:

@OneToMany(fetch=FetchType.LAZY, cascade=CascadeType.ALL, mappedBy="user")
private Set<Addresses> addresses;

I have a UserRepository.

@RepositoryRestResource (path = "users", rel = "users")
public interface UserRepository extends CrudRepository<User, Long>{ }

If I call GET on http://localhost:8080/users/1/addresses then I get all the results in a single array and no paging occurs.

Expected :
http://localhost:8080/users/1/addresses?page=2&size....
