Steps to reproduce:
Extend Repository
Add T findOne(ID id) and annotate with @RestResource(exported = false)
Add void delete(ID id)
Run project and make a delete call
Expected result: success
Actual result: 405 Method Not Allowed
Affects: 2.4.4 (Gosling SR4)
