Support pagination and sorting on association resources [DATAREST-725]

Given a OneToMany (bidirectional) property on an entity, it should be possible to retrieve the property paged and sorted.

JPA Example:

Given:

@Entity
public class Person {
    @OneToMany(targetEntity=Address.class, mappedBy='person')
    private Set<Address> addresses;
}

@Entity
public class Address {
    @ManyToOne
    private Person person;
}

It should now be possible to do a GET http://localhost:8080/persons/1/addresses?size=1
