Description

This was noticed while reviewing https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/pull/51468. We need to figure out if it's an omission and, if it is, add the property with behavior that aligns with the other *.ssl.enabled properties we have elsewhere.

Research direction

Start by reviewing PR 51468 and the HttpClientSettingsProperties.Ssl class to determine whether the missing enabled property is an omission. Compare it with the other *.ssl.enabled properties in Spring Boot and verify that the resulting behavior aligns with them. Done means the property and its behavior are consistent with those existing SSL settings.
