Description
The https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/appendix/dependency-versions/coordinates.html page is useful but gets lost on each patch release. It would be useful if we could attach it to the changelog for historical reference.
Another useful area is system requirements which can change (see #43446)

Research direction
Start by reviewing the dependency versions page at docs.spring.io/spring-boot/appendix/dependency-versions/coordinates.html and the related system requirements issue #43446. Determine how these reports could be retained with release notes for historical reference, and confirm that released changelogs expose both dependency versions and changing system requirements.
