Description
the current Spring AI DeepSeek provider (org.springframework.ai.deepseek.api.DeepSeekApi.ChatCompletionRequest) does not include a stream_options field, limiting the ability to configure streaming behavior programmatically. This is particularly critical for chatbot applications where tracking token usage is essential for cost management, performance monitoring, and user transparency.

Research direction
Start with org.springframework.ai.deepseek.api.DeepSeekApi.ChatCompletionRequest and inspect how its request fields are represented and serialized. Confirm the DeepSeek streaming request format for stream_options, then verify that callers can configure it and that token usage can be tracked as intended.
