Description

The deepseek model cost reduces the ai model to a very low level. More and more people are using this open source model. I want to integrate it into spring ai so that more people can use this model directly.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing model-integration entry points and related tests in spring-ai, then determine how DeepSeek V3 and R1 should be supported. Done means both named models can be used directly through the framework.
