Description

Describe the bug
Hello, I would like to ask if the client makes a network request to Zookeeper every time it gets the service list? Is there a similar mechanism related to caching? I know that spring cloud LoadBalancer has a caching mechanism, but its cache list is often not up to date

Research direction

The issue mentions ServiceInstance, Spring Cloud LoadBalancer, service-list requests, caching, and ZooKeeper, but names no repository file, test, or entry point. First determine which component performs service-list lookup and whether the expected behavior is documentation or a code change; done requires an agreed answer or a precisely scoped change and validation.
