Description
Be able to say for route X, route before route Y or route after route Z.
Similar to boot @AutoConfigure{Before|After}, but for routes. This lets routes from different sources maintain relative positioning.

Research direction
Start by reading the existing route-ordering behavior and comparing it with Spring Boot's @AutoConfigure{Before|After} approach. Define how route X is placed before route Y or after route Z, including routes from different sources, and verify that the relative positioning is preserved.
