It would be nice if have a template variable resolver for headers as we have for Path and Host
predicates:
- Header=userId, {userId}
filters:
- SetPath=/users/{userId}

Research direction
Start by locating the existing template-variable resolution for Path and Host, then find the Header predicate and SetPath filter entry points. Determine how header values should be exposed to template resolution and add coverage for the shown userId examples. Done means a header value can be reused in both predicate and path templates.
