Describe the bug
Consul consistency mode property(spring.cloud.consul.discovery.consistency-mode) is not working on ConsulReactiveDiscoveryClient
ConsulDiscoveryClient works fine with spring.cloud.consul.discovery.consistency-mode property, but ConsulReactiveDiscoveryClient never reference it.
