Description
The boot one lives in a readme. I'd think it would be better as an appendix to docs or something.
This may not be the right repo, maybe spring-cloud-release?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the referenced spring-boot-project/spring-boot-starters/README.adoc and compare it with the documentation structure in spring-cloud-commons. Determine whether the list belongs in this repository or spring-cloud-release and whether it should be an appendix. Done means community starters are listed in the agreed documentation location.
