Description

Currently this DB is not supported as a source, but is widely used. Would be great to have the option of reading from MS SQL Server tables as well.

Research direction

Review how dbeam currently reads SQL tables through JDBC and passes them through Apache Beam, then compare the existing source integrations and their tests. Define the changes needed for MS SQL Server table reads and verify that the resulting data is exported to Avro consistently with the supported sources.
